The space House layout, upper level: - Rancher Suite - XL room with King bed, in-room hot tub, large stall shower - Naturalist Room - King bed with additional twin bed/reading nook. Note: the sink/vanity is in the bedroom. Door between stall shower/toilet and bedroom. - Park Ranger Room - Queen bed, great views. Note: the sink/vanity is in the bedroom. Door between stall shower/toilet and bedroom. - Mountaineer room - Large room with a King bed, beautiful vaulted ceilings. Only room without an en-suite bathroom. Bathroom is still private, located across the hall. Extra large bathroom with a double sink vanity and large shower. House layout, ground floor: - Coffee bar area fully stocked with coffee, decaf, tea, ice machine, granola bars and yogurt - XL kitchen with plenty of counter space, double ovens, large fridge/freezer - Den/sitting area with fireplace and cozy seating - 2nd Living area that can converted into dining area, please contact us if you'd like tables set up! - XL Outdoor deck with umbrellas and tables overlooking our garden - 6-person hot tub (We will maintain each morning but otherwise will not be at the house unless requested) House layout, garden/basement level: - Biker room - Queen bed with nice sized bathroom. Private covered patio with seating - Please be aware we have outdoor security cameras monitoring driveway and property boundaries. Guest access The house is all yours! However, the 33 acres are shared with 4 rental cabins about 1 city block from the house. You'll be completely separate from the other rentals other than a shared driveway. If you are interested in adding cabins to your booking, please call! Other things to note Although severe winter storms are rare in Salida, they do occur. It can be difficult to drive our steep hill during a storm in a 2wd vehicle if you are not used to driving in winter conditions. Should you not be able to get up the hill in your vehicle, we are happy to shuttle you up, about a 2 minute drive. Generally roads clear within 24 hours, and almost always within 48.
