Luisa room is located on the third floor of historic McKenzie House. With a queen sized bed and brand new double-sized fold out sofa, Luisa can easily accommodate up to three or four people. The private bathroom is located a few feet outside the room on the same floor. The space Located 5 blocks away from downtown Gainesville, the Sweetwater Branch Inn is a unique staple in town. Our property comprises two historical Victorian houses, a courtyard, and well-maintained garden. The space truly feels like an oasis.
