We recommend to not leave too much of unorganized stuff personals in the common living areas. BATHROOM - Full size bathroom is adjacent to the bedroom and is shared with the other long term stay guest. Guest access This is a Private Room Rental. Not a House Rental nor a Room Share. Guest Privileges Include - Complete Private Use of the Bedroom with a double size bed. Shared use of the full kitchen in the house with other tenants. Full Size Bathroom is adjacent to the bedroom and shared with one long term guest. Clothes Washer and Dryer is available for guest use. Backyard Firepit is available for smoking. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the house. There is a $500 cleaning fee if smoked inside the house. Guest access You can use all the common areas like kitchen, living room, dining room, shared or your private bathroom, laundry room and library room downstairs. During your stay If you need anything, we are always open for a chat but also expect to respect others privacy. There are other guests in the house but mostly quiet. We also host a social with other tenants once a month, please feel free to join. Other things to note Plenty of street parking available in front of the house. Please park in the direction of the traffic flow(minimal residential street) and make sure to park 2 wheels off the street.
