Explore the forest on foot or bike (perfect for offroad vehicle enthusiasts) or take a short drive to local rivers, lakes, restaurants and resorts. Pinecrest lake, Dodge Ridge Ski Resort, Black Oak Casino, Basin Creek day use area, and miles of beautiful forests are calling your name! The space Outside we have ample parking, a deck with forest views, plenty of outdoor seating, and a semi fenced yard. Come inside and enjoy a book by the fire, or a drink at the bar. Simple and clean with all the amenities of home. Guest access The entire home is yours to enjoy. As well as the lovely deck and yard. However, the attached garage will be unavailable for guest use. Thank you for your understanding! Other things to note Sensitive pipes! Please do not flush anything besides toilet paper. This includes items marketed as flushable. Again, please do not flush anything other than tp. Please note! Due to the unpredictability of nature (and PG&E) there may be power outages during your stay. This property is not yet equipped with a backup generator and as such we may cancel or reschedule your stay for safety purposes if the power goes out before you check in. We will do our best to accommodate any emergencies, and avoid booking before any potential planned outages. If your power goes out during your stay remain calm. There are flashlights in the kitchen drawer. Water, heat, and electricity will not work. Please contact us to arrange supplemental heat, power, and drinking water. Also very important! Our road is a dirt and gravel road and plowing is NOT GUARANTEED. Please bring appropriate 4wd transportation, chains and snow tires, if traveling in the winter months.
