Adirondack patio chairs surrounded by flowers, secret garden path to the lake at the park. Parking for two cars, room for a trailer (no camping.) All of the amenities needed for your stay. The space Pamper Yourself: Terra Pure toiletries, thirsty towels, on-demand hot water (never run out!), hair dryers. Cool Summer Comfort: Laramie is at a high elevation (arid mountain climate) and the house has been super-insulated (new insulation added in 2020.) Most of the time, you can keep the house cool simply by opening the windows in the evenings. However, we also install a window AC unit in the dining room for the hotter parts of the summer. Eats: Popcorn popper, pots/pans, dishes, wine opener, can opener, Keurig, everything you need to whip up a hearty meal. Coffee: We provide a starter pack with k-cups, creamer, sugar, cinnamon and cocoa shakers. We'll stick a couple of hot chocolate packets in as well. Drip style coffee maker in the cabinet if you prefer that to the Keurig. Popcorn Popper: Plus we keep a jar of loose-kernel popcorn on the counter! Rest and Refresh: Freshly laundered luxurious bedding, including microfiber sheets, down/feather pillows, and new mattresses. One bedroom with queen, one bedroom with king, main suite with queen, plus a daybed and pull-out trundle in the living room. Fans in the bedrooms for comfort and white noise, two bedrooms have black-out shades. Extra blankets in closets. Entertainment: Books Galore for Everyone, WiFi, ROKU TV, Board Games! Tip: Use the guest setting on the ROKU and enter your check-out date; it will automatically log you out of your personal Hulu, Netflix, Amazon Prime, YouTube, etc. Outdoor living: Front patio for your exclusive use, if you're visiting in the summer please feel free to use the citronella torches for ambiance but make sure the flame is out before you go inside or leave. Laundry: Washer/Dryer in mudroom (shared with Master Suite) Ironing board/Iron. Feel free to use anytime except quiet hours. Please do not leave laundry unattended; cleaners will need access to the unit. Security: Unique codes for coded entry bolt locks are changed between every guest. Parking: Driveway plus street parking. (No camping or tenting.) Downstairs apartment: Please note that there is a basement apartment with a separate entry from the backyard, as well as an adjoining lock-off suite. There may be guests renting those units during your stay. You can also book those units for a combined 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, plus additional laundry facility. If you book all three units, you may have up to ten guests total; however, be aware that the main dining only seats eight max. Therefore, it is best to book this combination during warmer months when the outside patio is open. Quiet time 9:00 PM - 7:00 AM: please observe. This helps keep the neighbors happy and preserves our right to operate short term rentals in the City of Laramie. Entertainment: WiFi, ROKU TV, Books Galore, Games! Please do not park in front of the neighbors. Neighborhood is walkable as well. Front yard with patio and flower gardens for your exclusive use. Laundry is accessed via lock-off and may be shared with guests in Patio Suite (separate, private locked-off entry, no shared space except the laundry which is between the units. Basement apartment, separate entry, also available for rent. Owner has debilitating allergies to dogs, please do not ask to bring your pets.
