Modern Nice Guest Room in a Big House

Lovely & modern guest room in a big house - high ceiling, hardwood floor, nice furniture, quiet & safe neighborhood. The house is located in the center of Plano, and it is easy to go anywhere. If you don't have a car, it would be a perfect place for you to stay - walking distance to Walmart, local groceries, banks, restaurants, Fast food, Starbucks, gym.... ; 3 min to the bus station; great open green fields for walking; high-speed WIFI (500MB); Other things to note I provide toiletries ( shampoo, shower gel, soap, towels, bedsheets…) and more which is an option. If you need something please let me know. • I grow some vegetables and fruits in my backyard, you are welcome to enjoy :). • I have security cameras installed in the public areas around the house. • The laundry room rule - open on weekends (normally), one load per guest a week.
