Beautiful Little Lake Sunapee Beach Escape

Perfect house to enjoy a peaceful or active vacation in the middle of nature and with many amenities. 3 bedrooms, dining room, gorgeous open deck overlooking the lake’s sunset and bbq grill. The living area features a fireplace giving it a cozy feel and provides a spacious area for socializing. Activities: Walking distance to TLV’s historic golf course on the lake , miles of hiking, community private beach, kayak, tennis court and basketball court. The space Activities: The natural surroundings provide unlimited opportunity for outdoor activities as well as full-time relaxation. We have beautiful lake views from our deck, and outdoor barbecue grill. The location is also convenient to many other New Hampshire natural and community attractions including Mount Sunapee, approximately 10 mins to Big Lake Sunapee, Quechee gorge (Vermont’s little grand canyon), many state parks, hiking trails, biking trails (rails to trails and mountain biking), rivers and lakes and many wonderful small towns such as Hanover (Dartmouth college), Lebanon and Woodstock which feature many restaurants, shops, museums and festivals. Guest access Community Private Beach. 2 mile backyard mountain hike that overlooks Lake Sunapee. Other things to note We have 2 kayaks, guests are welcome to use as long as they are respectful. The 2 kayaks are the orange and yellow “Ocean Kayak” brand kayaks labeled with “ENQUIST”. Paddles and life jackets are stored at the cabin. All boats, recreational items and beach chairs at the waterfront are privately owned and not for use by renters and guests. Bonfires are not allowed, this is a small HOA community so large parties are not allowed, we ask our renters to be respectful of quiet hours from 8 pm - 8 am. Fireworks and use of fire pits require written permission from the Association Board of Directors. This is a summer cabin, it is not winterized. We do not have air conditioning or heat, however, fans and heaters will be available. We do not have a washer or dryer but a laundromat is 3 minutes down the road.
