(No wild drinking parties, thank you) The space Welcome to Wäller Haus: an energy-efficient design house from 2020, nestled in a beautiful natural setting and designed for a unique accommodation experience. Enjoy the spacious kitchen and living room of approximately 50 m², with large panoramic windows that bring in the beauty of nature and invite you to cozy moments with family and friends. The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need, including various coffee machines such as a Senseo, Moka pot and French press for the perfect coffee experience. For families, there is a "Tripp Trapp" high chair and various toys available. The living room is fully equipped, with a 55” Smart TV, a fireplace, a selection of books and board games for relaxing evenings. The barrier-free ground floor is ideal for guests of all ages and features a spacious bathroom with walk-in shower, a separate toilet and a bedroom with direct access to the garden. Through an open staircase (no balustrade) you can reach the upper floor. Here you will find a spacious bedroom with a king-size bed, comfortable seats and a single bed, as well as an open workspace for those seeking peace and inspiration. The small but cozy "Loft bedroom" has elegant curtains for extra privacy. Outside, the fully fenced garden of no less than 2500 m² awaits, with several cozy seats, comfortable sunbeds, a barbecue and a parasol for sunny days. Enjoy the tranquility, the greenery and the fresh air all around. For electric cars, a charging point is available (reservation is necessary). Booties for the children and extra towels for the dog are recommended to bring along. We both speak 3 languages fluently: English, German, Dutch. Elmer also speaks Spanisch and Nicole a few words French.
