The space This is a second story apartment with private parking attached to our triplex home. We are centrally located to downtown Saint Pete and Treasure Island Beach (both are only a 10 minute drive). We provide literature containing suggestions of some of the coolest places to visit in the area. There's a coffee bar provided and a variety of complimentary breakfast items with milk stored in the fridge at the start of your stay. Guest access There is no laundry facility on site, but the good news is we offer a one time laundry pick up service at no charge to you. All you need to do is notify us in advance when you'd like it picked up and we can schedule your pick up. Your items will be washed folded and delivered back to you. If you require your laundry to be done more than once during your stay, you have the options of using the pick up service we use at your own cost of $45 or you can utilize the laundromat 0.1 miles away across the street on Central avenue.
