The Rock House Hideaway is a lovely quintessential Hill Country Home! This 5 bedroom house sleeps 18 with a catering Kitchen. You'll enjoy interior decor that makes beautiful use of the natural stone with peaceful country views from the porches and balconies. This lovely home combines romance and elegance for a complete Fredericksburg experience! Relax on the porch with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. We love all fur friends for $50/pet/per stay. The Barn Sports Bar On property 1/1/25 The space The Rock House Hideaway is the perfect location for all your events, weddings, retreats, conventions, etc. As you enter this Historic Home, Built in 1899, you find a very large double size living room with leather seating and recliners. A pull out queen sofa bed is in Living for additional sleeping arrangements. The first floor boasts a large kitchen complete with a chefs gas oven, a dishwasher, fridge/ freezer and plenty of storage. The Dining Room has seating for 10 and there are extra chairs on property to add for your group Follow through the kitchen to the parlor sitting room with doors exiting to the side porch entrance seating as well as the patio seating. Through the sitting room is the well appointed Master Bedroom. Next to it is a Full bedroom/ doors in between for privacy. Connected to both is a 2 part oversized bathroom with a claw foot tub and 2 sinks and a walk in shower. Lastly on the main floor is a catering kitchen with washer dryer, fridge and freezer, toaster over and additional coffee pots for all your guests. Take the stairs from the living room up a short flight and you will come to 3 bedrooms, 2 with 1 queen bed and closet and 1 with a bunk bed trundle having 3 queens!! All bedrooms able to connect to the front overlooking balcony to view all the wild life and Hill Country Beauty. 1 large oversized bathroom upstairs with a walk in shower, toilet, sink and a nook to overlook the 20 acres. We just opened The Barn at Rock House, ON PROPERTY, a sports venue with plenty of indoor seating, patio seating, pool table, shuffle board and cocktails - all family friendly. Enjoy the firepit on a chilly eve with seating for all or just snuggle up in any of our comfy beds and watch tv. The Rock House Hideaway has a ceremony site - with a Hill Country Rustic feel - for a beautiful Outdoor Wedding. Contact Danielle for weekday/weekend rates, rentals etc. Guest access Guests will be emailed a code a few days for before arrival. This code will be active from 3pm on the day of arrival until 11am on the day of departure. Other things to note When putting the address to this property please only use GOOGLE maps. Apple maps will take you to the wrong place and pretty far out of town! We are pet friendly! A small pet fee is required! We also have a sports bar on property. Our operating hours are Thursday/ Friday from 5pm-11pm Saturday/ Sunday from 12pm-11pm and Monday from 5pm-11pm The bar is not part of the BNBs and will only be available during operating hours. The BARN fire pit, sitting area, patio, game room, kitchen and outdoor corn hole game area are OFF LIMITS AFTER HOURS. If the police are called because a guest is caught on camera in any of the areas mentioned above after hours there will be a non-refundable $500 fee charged to your card.
