The Master suite has a bonus day bed with trundle (2 twins not included in bed count) 5th (Upstairs large room with Full Bath): 2 Queens, 2 Twins 2 Rollaway Beds (the good ones) Total beds: 4 Kings, 2 Queens, 6 Twins Maximum Occupancy: 18 Guest access Personal Door Code will be sent at least 24hrs before arrival. We do offer early check in at 2pm, when possible. Other things to note All of our neighbors are full time residents. The city noise ordinance of 10pm-7am (weekdays) and 11pm-7am (weekends) must be adhered to.
