This stylish Kottage is located on the 1st floor of our W. Main St. location, only 1/2 mile from the Downtown District. This spacious Kottage sleeps 5 guests and has every comfort including 2 separate bedrooms, 1 private bathroom and a kitchen & living room full of thoughtful details. The space This beautiful, 1st floor Kottage is located within a 3 unit building and offers a modern and well stocked kitchen with lots of high end materials, a separate dining room that seats 4-6 people, 1 very spacious and newly remodeled bathroom with soft water and a tub/shower. Also, enjoy the privacy of two separate bedrooms with a luscious queen bed in each, along with an inviting living room with furnishings that include an over-sized and comfortable sofa, electric fireplace, flat screen television, a love seat with a pull-out twin sleeper, plus one additional roll away, twin bed and many more comforts. The outdoor space is shared and offers a gas grill and large table for 8 for meals along with a propane fire pit and lots of warm lighting. Guest access Parking: Located in the parking lot and garage behind the house. Please be careful not to take up more than one parking space (there are 5 in total) or block in other vehicles. If guests have more than one vehicle, please park behind one another, especially if parked in the garage. The main entrance is located inside of the patio area on the east side of house. See Keypad information. If you incorrectly input the code, press the reset button to try again. The reset button also lights up the keypad. Since the doors will re-lock, automatically, be sure to have the code with you when exiting the building to avoid getting locked out. Other things to note Pets are welcome, maximum 2, dogs only, $20/pet/night. Pets are not allowed on the furnishings. Barking is strictly prohibited and crates are encouraged to prevent damage while away. Two-night minimum stay applies to reservations that include a Friday or Saturday. Exceptions are considered.
