This 1940's farmhouse has been updated in all the right ways to give guests a comfortable retreat. Spectacular views, plenty of outdoor space for family time and games, cozy porches and plenty of indoor seating and sleeping spaces to meet anyone's desires for a home away from home. It's in the perfect location to access any of the draws WNC offers, like fishing, hiking, mining and rafting, as well as local shopping and dining. Owners are local and available to quickly meet needs of guests. The space Brand new landscaping, creating hilltop retreat, complete with fire pit! Upgraded both bathrooms, bringing guests a brand new shower and tub. Fully stocked kitchen, all linens, towels provided along with extras owners add to help make your visit the vacation you need. Master bedroom has queen bed, second bedroom also has queen bed, both brand new mattresses. There is also a sleeping loft with a double mattress and relaxing view. Just off the main living room is a small lounge area, with additional TV, small futon, and view/exit to back porch. There is ample parking; two covered spots as well as room for larger vehicles. Gas grill on back porch and a front porch perfect for watching the sunset. We store cornhole boards and other outdoor games for guests to use during their stay; with a spacious, flat side yard perfect for playing games and hilltop fire pit perfect for roasting marshmallows or just taking in the view.
