Our charming home in rural Missouri will inspire you to relax and have fun. Enjoy the unique artwork in the home and the wild life in the area in a peaceful pastoral setting about 3 miles from Historic Fulton MO and the two colleges located in town. The space The split foyer home was totally remodeled in 2017 (down to the framing) and is totally updated and comfy with updated insulation, drywall, floor coverings, windows and appliances throughout. The oak hardwood floors upstairs have been refinished and are beautiful. There is access to the kitchen, dining, living room areas and the upstairs from ground level under a spacious porch where you can enjoy BBQ and beautiful sunsets. There is a full bathroom upstairs and bathroom with shower on lower level. Access to the upstairs bedrooms and office space is up the oak staircase. Lots of windows throughout this house provides plenty of natural light and nice views from the 2nd story. There is a place to have a campfire in the yard to swap stories.
