My place is located on the edge of Akoumia, in southern Rethymno, with easy access to the most beautiful beaches of South Crete, the northern part of the island and the hinterland! It is a stone-built semi-detached house with a panoramic view of Kedros, the valley and its villages. The upper and lower areas communicate with an internal staircase but are also completely autonomous with their own bathroom, kitchen and separate entrance, having access to the garden, the terrace and the parking lot. It is a few meters from the village square with the centuries-old plane tree, 10-15 km from the most beautiful beaches of South Crete (Triopetra, Ligres, Agios Pavlos), 9 km from Spili, the capital of the municipality and 37 km from Rethymno. A few meters from the entrance of the house begins a path for climb to the top of Mount Asiderotas with an amazing view. The property is harmoniously complemented by two ornamental gardens, the vegetable garden, the wheat field with the old threshing floor and the orchard with the fruits!
