Our Chalet have spacious 3000 Square foot luxury 4-seasons cottage in Hidden Valley, Huntsville. Nested within Hidden Valley Resort and Deerhurst Resort 10 minutes walk to private beach, boat launch, and playground on Peninsula Lake 5km way from downtown Huntsville Walking distance to Deerhurst highlands Golf course, Grandviews Golf course, and Hidden Valley Highlands Ski hill. Indoors: 3-bedrooms 3-full baths with walk-in closet in the master bedroom on second floor(Queen Size bed) 2nd bedroom is on the second floor(Queen Size bed) 3rd bedroom is on the main floor with a Queen size bed too. Include Rec room with football table, Air hockey table, game and 55” smart TV Screen on the main floor. Living room with a giant 75” smart TV screen and karaoke system on the second floor. Master bedroom with 50” smart TV and a cozy fireplace Kid friendly Central HVAC and air exchange system, along with some cozy fireplaces Kitchen incl. Microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, rice cooker, air fryer, chef knives set, plates, bowls, forks, spoons, baking tray, pots, pans, coffee mugs, glass and wine glass. Fresh linens. Like bedsheets, pillows case, comforter and hand towels. Please Bring your own bath towels and beach towels. Unlimited internet, movie and music at your voice command It’s ready for everyone enjoyment either in Winter, Spring, Summer, or Fall. In order to ensure everyone comfort, We only allow maximum 6 peoples, no pet, no smoking, no parties or events. In-house cleaning and sanitizing throughout. Outdoors: Deck with BBQ, Muskoka chairs and dining table. Overlooking to the front yard. Front yard with firepit. Guests need to bring their own firewood. Winter guests can leave their skis/snowboards outside the main floor balcony for your convenience. Guests need to lock and/or leave at own risk. Bring your own skates! Winter skating on the private Peninsula Lake and ice fishing! Summertime our guests can use the private beach at the Deerhurst Resort. This beach is NOT for public use. Our guests can use the beach by using our home owner beach pass to access the beach. Guest access Guests have access to the full house except for our furnace room for safety purposes. It is private for all of our guests. Other things to note We have wonderful neighbours in this area and would like to keep it that way. Please enjoy the peaceful property we've worked hard to create, but absolutely no loud partying or music outside, and quiet is requested after 10 pm.
