Please ensure your group packs these. We provide all bed linens and kitchen towels. 🐾 Pets Welcome: We are a pet-friendly property! 🔥 Fireplace: Please bring your own wood if you plan to use the wood-burning fireplace. 📦 Starter Kit: Includes 1 roll TP per bath, 1 roll paper towels, trash liners, and dish soap. Valid ID and credit card required. 📍 Getting Around A personal vehicle is highly recommended. Marinas: Oasis Water Sports, Shanghai, and Springs Dock are nearby for boat rentals. Day Trips: Norris Dam (1hr), Knoxville Zoo (1.25hr), Dollywood (1.75hr), and Gatlinburg (2hr). Guest access Valid License or ID is required at check in for verification, as well as a credit card.
