Marilia's House (120m2) is a private guest-house, located at the village of Karoubatika, Agios Ioannis, 20' (8 Km) from Corfu town. Our house is suitable for couples or families, with children and infants, with spacious rooms and a large garden. Our goal is for our guests to feel a sense of comfort, warmth and tranquility, within nature surroundings. The space Ground floor features a kitchen, living room, dining room and toilet. A stairway leads to the first floor, featuring a master bedroom with balcony, a smaller bedroom and a bathroom. House is fully equipped with electrical appliances, cutlery and kitchen utensils: air-condition in both bedrooms, fan, washing machine, oven, toaster, coffee maker, TVs, WiFi, ironing, hairdryer etc. Guest access Visitors can have access to all house areas, except storeroom. Visitors can also have access to house's large garden and outdoor terraces, including BBQ area and garden lounge. Other things to note According to Greek law, it is not permitted to enter the space for cleaning before checkout. However, clean towels and sheets are provided at your arrival.
