Hilton Head Resort Condo in building 2. 2 BR 2 Bath, walk to beach, close to restaurants, shopping, bike paths & golf courses. Gated community with 24 hr security and parking. 2 outdoor pools, 1 indoor pool, hot tub, bike racks under building, on site bike rental, tennis, badminton and pickle ball courts, fitness room, indoor walking track, picnic/grill area, poolside market, deli and bar, private walkway over the marsh to beach and Coco's beach bar with sand volleyball court and restroom. The space Come and enjoy our villa located in building 2. Master bedroom features a queen sized bed, flat screen TV and master bathroom with tub and shower. The 2nd bedroom has a full sized bed with twin over twin bunks (150 pound weight limit). 2nd bathroom has a walk in shower. There is a flat screen smart tv with cable in the living room and WIFI. The newly renovated kitchen is stocked with essentials for your stay. Both keurig and drip coffee makes on site. You can enjoy your morning coffee sitting on our balcony. Relax at one of the 3 pools or take an 8 min walk on the private boardwalk over the marshland which takes you to the resort private beach access and coco's beach restaurant and bar. Golf cart shuttle services is also available during peak season. PROVIDED We provide bed linens, bath towels (1 per person), and a starter kit which includes 1 toilet paper roll, 1 paper towel roll and dishwasher tabs. We have some games/cards for you to play if you are spending the day relaxing back at the condo or having a quiet night in. Beach chairs, umbrella, small cooler, beach buggy, 2 small boogie boards, tennis racquets and pickle ball racquets are all available for your use. Beach towels are NOT provided. If you happen to forget anything, we are close to shops, restaurants and kroger food store, or you can visit the resort marketplace located in building #1 by the pool which has a little bit of everything you may need. THE ISLAND We are centrally located on the island. Hilton Head has over 60 miles of bike/pedestrian trails. Local bike shops will rent and deliver bikes to our resort for your enjoyment and there will be on site bike rentals located in the resort starting Summer 2022 We have many shops and restaurants close to our resort. Hilton head is well known for it's golf courses, so don't forget to make a tee time at one of the many golf courses on the island. We are located right next to the Robert Trent Jones at Palmetto Dunes golf course and 1 mile from shelter cove. There are many water actives such as kayak, jet ski adventures, dolphin watching, and boat tours. Other things to do on the island include, visiting the lighthouse, horseback riding, sightseeing tours and museums. You can also sip some beverages at the winery, brewery and distillery. SECURITY/ PARKING Hilton Head Resort is a 24 hour gated community. Check-ins are 24/7 as our front gate security is present in the guard house around the clock. There is on site parking allowing 2 cars per unit. There will be one pass left for you at the front gate. The resort does not allow trailers, campers, boats or anything that is towed due to space limitations. NO Parking under the buildings. You can self check in at any time after 4 pm using your chosen 4 digit coder for access to the door of our unit. SMOKING is prohibited in the resort except in designated smoking areas. NO SMOKING in condo or on balcony OTHER THINGS TO NOTE -Coco's, the pool Deli and outdoor pools are not open in the off season (this is typically November - mid March) -You may bring your bikes and bike locks and leave them under the building in the bike racks. -coin/card operated laundry rooms are located in each building -guests must be 25 or older to rent -6 guest maximum - no hanging towels or leaving things on balcony or the resort will issue a fine. NO PARTIES. NO PETS ALLOWED IN THE RESORT. NO SMOKING/VAPING
