To ensure your safety, all of our properties are equipped with Ring video doorbell cameras and Noise Aware decibel measuring devices inside the unit (Please note: Noise Aware devices do not have recording features). While we respect our guests' privacy, we are always available to assist when needed. The driveway is shared, so the vehicles must be parked straight behind each other on your side of the driveway only. Absolutely no trailers or boats are allowed. • No Smoking inside. Smoking is permitted outside, please dispose of trash properly. • No pets without prior authorization. Additionally, dogs must be on a leash when taken outside, and guests must pick up after them throughout their stay. (Pet fee applies if approved) • Quiet hours from 10pm - 6am. • No loud music or parties. Do not disturb the neighbors. • Do not tamper with or disable the security camera or smart home devices. • Keep the number of guests in your reservation accurate and don't violate the occupancy limits. • Please follow check in/check out times and procedures. This is a pet-friendly room! Please keep the following things in mind: • Pet fees apply: $20 per night, $100 per week, or $250 per month. • Pets must be potty-trained dogs.
