The spacious Attic Suite is the entire second floor of the main house at the Katy Trail B&B. The large open floor plan and vaulted ceiling room can sleep two people with a queen-sized sleigh bed. The Attic Suite has central air, a ceiling fan as well as an additional window A/C unit to keep you nice and cool in the summer. The beautiful and roomy suite, includes a private en-suite bathroom, writing desk, sitting area, cable TV, and WiFi. The Attic Suite features a corner tub and shower. Guest have shared access to the communal kitchen, living room, and laundry area. We do not live on the property, but we are very close and can be there in a moments notice. Rocheport is right on the Katy Trail and there are wonderful shops, restaurants and Les Bourgeois Winery is very close.
