So many updates and renovations! Deck, porch, siding, & extended roof, new flooring! House located in the no wake zone of Springs Dock cove with a personal dock with a covered slip, swim platform, slide, and step style ladder. There are 3 bedrooms plus bunk space and 2.5 baths. Tons of outdoor space with a gas grill & a fire pit area. The kitchen has newer dishes, cookware, silverware, & more. There is a whole home water filtration & purification system. Bonus: fiber optics internet No smoking The space This is a cozy home located in the no wake zone of the Springs Dock cove. The inside is cozy but there is so much outdoor space with amazing views from almost every corner of the house! The space is designed to make you feel at home but be drawn to get out and enjoy the great outdoors! The fire pit features a Solo Stove.There is a personal dock with dining table, loungers, slide, and swim platform. The layout is best suited for 2 families or 3 couples. There are 3 bedrooms plus a bunk space with 4 twin beds. The house sleeps up to 10 with a maximum of 8 adults. Room for up to 3 cars in the driveway and trailer parking down the street. The policies for occupancy, animals, and smoking are strictly enforced. Exceptions are not made for these items. Guest access Private dock with swim platform and slide. One covered slip is available for guests bringing a personal boat. Please reach out if you plan to rent a pontoon boat from a marina. Other things to note The Deerside Market is right around the corner and has a little bit of everything in case you have forgotten or run out of something. Golfing is available at Deerfield. Full rental agreement must be signed and returned within 24 hours.
