This is a beautifully restored 1905 home on a quiet tree lined street in historic Everett. Available street parking in front as well as two spots in the rear driveway. Plush furniture and high speed internet allows for a comfortable and effective work environment or streaming your favorite content while relaxing on the couch. If you prefer to spend time in the kitchen, it is fully stocked with cookware and the basics to make you feel right at home. Walking distance to pizza shop and grocery store. Private backyard. Private off alley parking. Private luxury main bathroom shower! The entire home and property is private to the guest. The detached garage is not included in guests stay. That is used as storage for owners real estate business. Easiest way to contact us is through the Airbnb app. Very quick to respond and answer questions. The Chelsea is on a old established street in downtown Everett. It is surrounded by owner occupied homes so not a lot of tourist, visitors. Everyone stays to themselves and keeps a pretty quiet profile. There are bus lines and Uber available one block over off Broadway. I would recommend getting a car if you plan to go outside of downtown Everett as the towns are spread out. We will leave a few laundry and dishwasher pods, shower shampoo, conditioner and soap, some coffee and tea. If you need something specific, let us know!
