The space Please not that the property is only available from 28 December 2025 to the 5th of January 2026. The pool has a pool fence around it, for safety, and must be left up for guests who are arriving on the 7th of January 2026. The rate is slightly lower than usual due to the pool fence requirement. We have full backup power so although in South Africa the power is off sometimes, we always have power! Little House also has been operating as a gust house for the last 4 years, so you can be assured of the highest standards in service and cleanliness. The whole guest house is plumbed to the borehole on the property, so water restrictions are not an issue. Open plan living area with large concertina doors leading to an expansive patio and lush garden. Concertina doors create an effortless indoor-outdoor flow in the living area and the spacious, fully equipped kitchen will inspire all to get involved. Plenty of outdoor areas to relax and enjoy the ambience and tranquility of the surrounds. This villa is close to galleries, wine estates and restaurants whether you choose to stay home and relax or explore the many sites and well know attractions. Great for dual living as the upstairs loft is a fully self contained unit with its own full kitchen and its own bathroom and lounge area. It also leads out onto a spacious wooden deck which is great to have drinks on and watch the sun go down. There is a gas braai and a weber available for use on the large outside covered patio of the main house and there is also another weber for use on the upstairs deck outside the loft.
