Home in Waco

This house built in 1950 is centrally located in the heart of Waco in an older developed area of town. It's conveniently located within 5 min to Extraco Event Center, 10-15 mins to Cameron Park Zoo,, Magnolia Silos, hospitals, Baylor and more. Small, house broken dogs are welcome with prior consent, however; an additional pet cleaning fee of $50 is required prior to checkout. There is to be no smoking inside the house. Smoking of any kind inside the home results in a $300 charge. The space It is an older home. Many of our guest tell us it reminds them of the home they grew up in and is a great value for families. Please do a walk through of the property and the home within one hour of your arrival and contact us with any suggestions, complaints, etc. You will not be refunded if you wait to bring issues to our attention. We understand many things happen within the stay of our guests that will need to be addressed and those extenuating circumstances will be taken in to account and handled immediately. Guest access You will have full access to the house and is equipped with a smart lock which locks upon exit and entry. We have recently added a stackable, washer and dryer for your convenience. There is a small, well-lit convenience store about a block away. Other things to note There is a full fenced in back yard. Be sure to check out the hall closet and cabinets for extra paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, and light bulbs. This house is cooled with AC window units in each room and it is heated with electric space heaters in each room.
