The upper-level 900 sq ft studio comes complete with a full bath, kitchenette, dining space, workspace, queen bed, queen daybed, and a private balcony with sweeping ocean views. Outside, enjoy the nearly 0.5-acre backyard perfect for outdoor activities, or gather around the fire pit for a cozy evening under the stars. The garage houses fun activities like table tennis and foosball, adding to the entertainment options. And while there's no direct beach access, you're just minutes away from nearby beaches where you can enjoy a day by the water. Guest access We use smart lock to access the house. Code will be shared on your arrival date 10AM. Other things to note - To ensure the safety of our guests and home, we may require ID verification before check-in, and reservations may be canceled if verification is not completed. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. Keep outside noise to a minimum after 10pm. Ask for approval if you have visitors, and additional guests fees applies. Exterior security cameras monitoring in place, so please check your guests count for accuracy at the time of your reservation! Violation to this rule will result in immediate eviction. Groups of visitors, and party size visitors are not allowed. — As a friendly reminder, if you have any issue during your stay, please it bring to our attention. We are happy to assist right away. Any refunds on cleaning or nightly rate will not be authorized after check out, and we have a very strict no-smoking policy. Any traces of smoking inside the unit will result in a penalty of $500 USD.
