Our fully dedicated and completely renovated ranch is an easy walk to UM Stadium, less than a mile. Premium location with premium amenities. Convenient to shopping, markets, and downtown Ann Arbor. The sun-filled space includes 3 bedrooms (one converted to home office with a twin) a beautiful and relaxing 4 season porch, a cozy tv/sports room, all purpose room. We offer a well stocked and updated kitchen with 3 person breakfast bar, living/dining room, LG 55' flat panel TV(Roku) Hulu Live, built in bookcases, Nest controls and alerts, easy keypad entry, USB electrical outlets, Wi-Fi, sports and movie channels, and comfortable beds with crisp white linens and triple sheeting. Sleeping: A generous primary bedroom boasts a king cool memory mattress and down duvet, cotton blanket and triple sheeting, restful décor, ceiling fan, generous closet with built in drawers, reading lights, and a private, attached half bath. The second bedroom is a comfortable size with a cozy queen and down duvet, triple sheeting, ceiling fan, ample closet space with built in drawers. Third bedroom is converted to a comfortable home office with access to the 4 season room and a twin bed, ceiling fan, and good sized closet that includes toys, books and games. A pack ‘n play and high chair are available on request. All bedrooms have convenient mirrors and towel bars. Bathrooms: Main bath is newly updated with clean white tiles, Kohler and delta fixtures, storage space for cosmetics and dop kits with a shower/tub combo. Basement bath has been completely renovated with a spa feel…stone tile, white bead board, Kohler fixtures, shower stall. This bath is adjacent to the multipurpose room and Laundry. Hair dryers, shampoo and soap starts provided. Common spaces: Kitchen is spacious with glass cook top range, Keurig (startups provided), blender, serving pieces, toaster, dishwasher, spice rack and 3 seat breakfast bar. Complete utensils for the chef! The living room has a dining area for 6, large flat screen TV with Roku, large windows, ceiling fan. The house has central air and a newly installed whole house generator! A large and beautiful 3 season room has indoor and outdoor access, ample seating and gathering space if the weather disappoints, ceiling fan and TV with Roku. The MDen! Cozy TV room with comfortable sectional sofa perfect for sports and movies. A large multipurpose room is adjacent, with 2nd full bath, egress window and access to laundry area. There is a large, private drive with gathering space off the kitchen. A gas grill is available for a $45 propane and cleaning fee. Inquire with owner. Street parking is allowed. Quiet and private patio area with lounge and dining seating, umbrellas and a small grass yard. Host will work with you on catering, reservations, and area services and activities. A gas grill is available for use with a $45 additional fee for cleaning and propane and guests should request at time of booking. We welcome you for all occasions, including and especially football games and events at the Big House! For certain games, host may have available 2, 50-yd line seats to purchase. Please feel free to inquire if interested. Please also note that on game days, and to keep the house is top condition for our guests, the use of the house and parking is expressly limited to contracted renters. No rental of parking is allowed, or access to bathrooms of unauthorized guests. Either is subject to damages against the security deposit. Security disclosure: There are two security cameras on at all times at the front door and garage exterior. This is for everyone’s safety, particularly when the home is not occupied. Primary guest, who books, must stay on the property. Minimum age for unrelated guests not staying with a family is 27. Bookings are prohibited for wedding groups of unrelated guests. Weekends require 2 night stay, UM graduation weekends require 3 night stay. Football weekends require minimum Friday and Saturday night stay. Photo id is required along with a signature on the policies and specific guest registration. STR21-2010 City of Ann Arbor Guests will have complete access to all renovated space in the house. Host is available by text, email, phone or usually in person. Area of small ranch homes, mixed ages. Neighbors are respectful and quiet and we require the same of guests. Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 7 am. Excellent bus system, Uber, Lyft, street parking and large private driveway. Coffee and tea provided for breakfast. Small parks located nearby.
