Our private rural non commercial property provides affordable spacious campsites for individuals, families, and groups in which to come enjoy the outdoors for a simple overnight stop over, a weekend getaway, a week vacation, or longer stay. Although we are not your typical campground, RV park or resort, we can accommodate all car and van tent camping setups as well as other rigs such as RVs, Campers, Trailers, Motorhomes, tow vehicles, ATVs, and others. TENT CAMPERS We have plenty of room to setup your family tent base camp and parking to enjoy the outdoors on our land. Free access to our centrally located (110V household) electrical power station and nearby water faucets. Please note, depending on where you choose to setup your campsite, you may be around 100ft away from the connection to the power station, so bring your own outdoor extension cord and/or rent one of ours. We also have a variety of essentials including tents that you can purchase or rent. CAMPGROUND/AMENITIES [COOKING]: Picnic tables, fire ring/pit, grills [WATER]: Access to nearby water spigot [ELECTRIC]: Free access to standard 20amp household outlets. Depending on where you choose to setup, you may be parked up to 100ft or more away from the connection to the electrical receptacle, so bring your own extension cord and/or rent one of ours. [BATHHOUSE]: Community shared bathhouse with off-grid commode utilizing a hygenic disposable bag system and hot water shower. [INTERNET]: We currently do not have WIFI; however, our location has good cell phone reception. Please feel free to bring anything that will help to meet your needs for comfort and safety. ONSITE ACTIVITIES/RECREATION Camping, Glamping, Cooking out, hiking and walks, Nature watching, star gazing, ATVs are welcomed! Please feel free to bring games or anything that will help to meet your needs for comfort, safety, and entertainment. PET POLICY Please act responsible and clean up behind your pet. Please do not leave them unattended inside the tents, and never allow them on the beds, linens, or pillows. When other campers or guests are around, all pets must be on leash unless you come to an understanding amongst yourselves. DISCLOSURE This is an outdoor camping experience in a rustic and rural environment and there is a risk of an encounter with native insects, wildlife, vegetation, uneven and unlevel soil and grounds, and weather related discomfort and events that may pose harm to your health and safety. Please always exercise caution, supervise your children and pets, watch where you step and wear proper footwear, as well as use lighting at night. While we understand that you might become uncomfortable by these unpleasant encounters, No refunds will be provided.
