Luxuriate in this charming, newly renovated, squeaky clean home in Boise's historic, East End. Nine foot ceilings invite you into the airy, custom kitchen. The spa-like bathroom is ALL new with a frameless glass shower encased in subway tiles. Walk a block to Roosevelt Market for coffee, weekend brunch or a glass of wine. Walk a short, five minutes to St Luke’s Hospital, 15 mins to Boise State University. Experience the best of Boise in this quiet and friendly, residential neighborhood. Location and the luxurious feel of this house are unbeatable. Coming for work or pleasure you will love this home away from home. Everything you can see is new except the beautiful old wavy glass in the 100 year old windows. The 2018 HVAC will keep you at the perfect temperature and if you like it warm- we are a green home with our heat coming from a natural hot spring! Pretty amazing! You will have the entire house, the basement is locked but there is no living space down there. There is street parking and a small parking area in back of the house. You will not have access to the detached garage. I live in the neighborhood, if you want to meet I am available! If not you will receive a code to get in that will be valid for your stay. So if you want to simply show up and leave you are good to go! Too much to list: hike/bike in the military reserve, walk to St Lukes, BSU, Whole Foods, coffee shops and downtown. Don't forget- one block away is our quaint neighborhood grocery store- Roosevelt Market. Get your coffee, shaving cream, eggs, etc. there. Also stop in for a glass of wine/beer in the evening or try the weekend brunch. If you are driving to Boise, it's an easy town to get around and park. If you are going to a BSU game just walk from here. If you are flying in get an Uber or Lyft, then bike or walk around town. I would recommend parking in front on the street. If the weather is messy the stepping stones in back can get messy also. The distance to the house is the same either way and the master coded lock is on the street entrance.
