Living room offers flat screen tv and queen-sized sleeper sofa. Condo has tile throughout. Master bedroom has a king-sized bed with flat screen television, en suite bathroom with extended vanity, walk-in tiled shower and private access to balcony overlooking the gulf. The second bedroom offers two queen sized beds with flat screen tv as well as its own bathroom with shower/tub combo. There is plenty of seating for you and your loved ones to enjoy the beautiful sunrise and boats leaving and returning to the pass each day from your balcony. *Please note: Phoenix East is a smoke-free building, including balconies, inside condos, pool decks, stairwells and other common areas.
