The Llama | Entire place West Asheville

An entire 1000 sq ft basement apartment with 10-ft high ceilings, and its own private entrance, deck, and parking spot in West Asheville. Our family lives upstairs, so please expect to hear our toddlers throughout the day. Located on a quiet street with mountain and Biltmore Forest views, just minutes from Downtown Asheville, the Blue Ridge Parkway, and the Biltmore House. Thoughtfully designed for a relaxing stay near the best of Asheville! The space Our space is warm and inviting, with thoughtful design and touches. The bedroom has a king size bed with a memory foam mattress, soft linen sheets, and ample closet space to nicely fit in a pack and play should you need to bring one. The kitchenette is stocked with spices and cooking oils, an electric kettle, slow cooker, drip coffee, and fridge. While there's NO range/stove, we hope the options we provide can assist in creating easy, no fuss meals. The dining area overlooks a spacious living room with a pull out queen bed. Additional bedding can be found tucked inside the sofa. Enjoy free wifi and Netflix during your stay with our smart tv, and if you'd prefer to read, we have a bookcase filled with books to borrow during your time in Asheville. If you need to work, we have 1 GIG fiber internet with high speeds and a dedicated network situated solely for The Llama. While here, don't miss hanging out on your private deck, overlooking the Biltmore Forest. Please note, our family lives upstairs!! Please expect to hear our toddlers throughout the day, especially in the morning. :) Guest access You have the entire bottom floor of the house, with its own parking spot, private deck and entrance. Other things to note Your parking spot is on the left, when facing the house. It’s a single spot, right in front of the steps that lead down into the private entrance at the back of the house.
