Private room & kitchen (above Architecture office)

3-story Townhouse, downtown. The first floor is my Architecture office, upper 2 floors are private kitchen and bedroom for guests to stay. The space Located in Downtown Albuquerque, this 3-story townhouse/loft was built in 2008 and has high ceilings and tons of natural light. Your room is on the 3rd floor and is about 350 sq. ft., 2nd floor is the kitchen and my office is on the 1st floor. Your room has a full bathroom and a lockable door. There is a queen-size bed, the kitchen is clean, modern, and nice to cook in with a small balcony and living/dining space Perfect for business professionals or tourists, looking for a good location to see Albuquerque from. You have access to everything in your room and the Kitchen which is on the second floor. I have a washer/dryer that is also available for longer stays. Guest access The guest will be provided with a code for the front door. The bottom floor is my office and will be used during business hours only. The kitchen and bedroom are on the upper floors and are only used by guests. During your stay I will be in and out of my office on the first floor during work hours. Upper floors are private and will not be accessed by me during your stay. Other things to note PLEASE let me know what I can do to make your stay better before leaving me a bad review.
