The space With refreshingly designed interiors, provisions for plantation walks, local sightseeing, cycling, fishing, and picnics by the river, and other immersive opportunities to shake a stick at, we are positive that this home offers something for each and every guest. THE SPACE BEDROOM 1 Brimming with excellence, opulence, and comfort, The White Pearl is a spacious bedroom on the ground floor of the front unit. The bedroom offers a king-sized bed, an extra mattress, TV, AC, wardrobe, electric kettle, and an attached balcony with scenic views. The bedroom also features an ensuite bathroom. BEDROOM 2 Brimming with excellence, opulence, and comfort, Mahogany is a spacious bedroom on the ground floor of the front unit. The bedroom offers an array of amenities such as a queen-sized bed, an extra mattress, AC, TV, wardrobe, and an electric kettle. The bedroom also features an ensuite bathroom. LIVING ROOM The living room is decorated with wooden furnishings, an extensive wooden ceiling, a myriad of paintings, and priceless artifacts. It also features a spectrum of amenities such as a TV, music system, Wi-Fi access, and a CCTV camera for security purposes. The Chester-leather sofa and comfortable couches in the living room offer seating space for up to 14 people. DINING AREA The dining area which is a component of the living room also offers comfortable seating arrangements for up to 6 people. It is also equipped with a TV. Both the living room and the dining area are not equipped with AC. BATHROOMS There are a total of 4 ensuite bathrooms and 1 powder room - on the ground floor of the main villa. All ensuite bathrooms have geysers, towels, hairdryers, and basic toiletries. KITCHEN Guests do not have access to the commercial kitchen. In case of any minimal usage, the guests can ask for assistance from the caretaker and staff present there. It is equipped with a water purifier, crockery, and cutlery. PORTICO Step in through the gates of this uber-luxurious holiday home set amidst an evergreen backdrop of Coorg’s forests and coffee plantations. With a Buddha statue and a manmade waterfall right at the start, the interiors of this home offer nothing but an indulging experience. The portico that spreads across an area of 500 sq.ft features elite furniture and an abundance of indoor plants. OUTDOORS AND GAZEBO - The sprawling outdoor areas are an absolute delight and feature soothing greenery and ample hang-out spots such as the gazebo. - Being a work of heart, guests can indulge in strolling around the garden while admiring the nature around. - The exteriors offer a whole new perspective at night, owing to the vibrant lights that give it a dreamy look. Guest access The guests have access to their rooms and common areas except for the commercial kitchen. Please note that there are a total of 4 bedrooms divided into 2 units, out of which guests have access to only 2 bedrooms of the main unit. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities. During your stay he host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. The caretaker will be available till 12 AM. Other things to note EXPERIENCES - Breakfast is complimentary. - All meals can be provided in-house at an additional cost of Rs. 2500 per person, per day. - Barbecue kit can be availed at an additional cost of Rs. 950 per person. - A bonfire setup can be arranged for an additional charge of Rs. 1000. Raw materials will be charged as per actuals. - Guests can also opt for a bonfire with a candlelight dinner setup at an additional cost of Rs. 2000. - Guests can opt for activities such as plantation and jungle walks for an additional cost of Rs. 300 per person. - The coracle river rafting experience can be opted for an extra charge of Rs. 500 per person. - Guests can also enjoy the Estate lunch for an additional charge of Rs. 1500 per person. - Other river activities such as fishing and swimming can be availed at a cost of Rs. 300 per person. - A complimentary picnic by the Cauvery river, an Estate walk, and a visit to the Subramanya Swami Temple can be arranged for the guests. - Guests can access the bar area for no additional charge. - Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.
