We're walking distance to the beach, dining & shopping. It includes an in season daily beach set up (March-Oct), the use of our personal beach cruiser bikes and our new 2025 street legal 6-passenger Golf Cart!! Inside, natural light pours through the windows, highlighting the open living space and all hard flooring. The fully stocked kitchen is equipped with high-end stainless-steel appliances, ample counter space, and a large quartz island. The dining room and bar seating will accommodate everyone for shared meals. The living room includes plush furniture and a flat-screen cable TV. For a little fresh air, there is plenty of outdoor seating and an electric grill ready for barbecuing. The private laundry room has a full sized washer and dryer. Other things to note We have a rental agreement and golf cart waiver that must be reviewed and signed with each booking, and a booking implies consent as well.
