The space This is a cozy one bedroom, one bath apartment. The building is a duplex house with 2 apartments, each with its own entrance. There are no shared inside spaces. Each unit is a separate apartment. This unit has a full kitchen, small dining area, small living room with a cast iron fireplace and TV. There is a sleeper sofa, chair with foot stool and coffee table in the living room. The kitchen floor gets cold in the winter. You may want to bring a pair of cozy slippers. Guest access Quick, easy access via keypad. There is a paved parking area that can accommodate 3 vehicles. The back yard is shared with the guest on the other side of the duplex. Other things to note Minimum age to make a reservation is 21. This is an older home, and the floors can be cold, so you might want to bring slippers in the winter. The water is well water but goes through a water softener and several filters before it reaches the faucet. We also provide bottled water for drinking, making coffee and tea.
