Our cottage is perfect for lovers of hiking, biking and especially for those who want to escape everyday stress and are happy to exchange the hustle and bustle of big cities for a well-deserved offline break. The cottage is divided into 2 separate units with their own entrance, kitchen and bathroom - ideal for groups of friends or families with children. The space We are renting a fully furnished two-storey house, newly renovated, with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 living rooms with sofa and fully equipped kitchen. The fenced property has an outside covered terrace sitting area with a view overlooking a nearby forest. It is also possible to use an outdoor grill or the fireplace in the garden. In summer, a swimming pool is available for the guests. Guest access You can reach us from Prague within 45 minutes by car. It is possible to use the free parking spots right at the cottage. Other things to note Upon agreement with the property owner, it is possible to use a sauna for a fee. The price does not include: municipal recreation fee of CZK 21/person/day (for persons aged 18–65) payable in cash. Energy according to consumption CZK 9/kWh. Pets by agreement – CZK 150/day. Refundable deposit of CZK 5,000 payable in cash upon arrival. Extra bed by agreement (child under 10 years) – CZK 520 (summer) / CZK 400 (off-season).
