This coastal cottage located in beautiful Cape Carteret sits in a quaint waterfront neighborhood just a short distance to Emerald Isle beaches, local dining and entertainment. There is a large porch and yard for entertaining, and a large driveway to accommodate multiple vehicles as well as trailers, golf carts, boats and jet skis! The kitchen is fully stocked with quality stainless and nonstick cookware, spices and all the essentials. When you’re done cooking, enjoy the ease of using the dishwasher! A front load washer and dryer are available for use as well. The master bedroom offers a queen bed, new in 2021, and plenty of closet space. The loft-style bedroom upstairs has two memory foam full beds, new in 2021/2022–one bed is fairly firm and the other is medium firmness. Both gel and gusseted pillows available, so pick whichever you prefer! The full bath downstairs has a tile shower with a rain shower head. A quality soap and shampoo will be provided. *The ceiling in the half bath upstairs follows the pitch of the roof and therefore the headroom is limited. It’s perfect for children or women, but an adult male may find it a little bothersome. Look at the listing photos for an idea of what it's like. Guest access You will have unlimited access to the entire house, including TV with YouTubeTV, internet, washer and dryer, and a huge porch with built in furniture and a grill for entertaining!
