The bedrooms: 1st bedroom - sleeps 2 King Size Bed Share the hallway bathroom. 2nd Bedroom - can sleep up to 6 Queen Size Bed Queen over Queen Bunk Private bathroom with a tub. 3rd Bedroom - can sleep up to 6 Queen Size Bed Queen over Queen Bunk Private bathroom with a tub. 4th Bedroom - can sleep up to 4 Queen over Queen Bunk Bed Share the hallway bathroom. All rooms have Smart TVs with all your favorite streaming channels and for a good night sleep we have memory foam mattresses in all beds. All linens and towels provided. Kitchen & Living area: Kitchen is fully loaded with pots, pans, silverware, kitchen utensils, plates and much more, perfect to prepare yummy meals with a large dining table (seats 12) and kitchen bar area. Large living room with a 65” Smart TV and sound system and an arcade game machine. Also available: - Super High-Speed internet with mesh network WiFi 6 that even extends into the yard. - Washer and Dryer (Laundry detergent provided). - Gas grill for great cookouts (connected to natural gas for endless BBQing). - Seating area with a wood fire pit (wood is not provided but available from near by stores.) Please note: We welcome any responsible guests however if the majority of the adults in your group are under 25 we require an additional $750 refundable damage deposit paid separately from your booking. If everyone in your group is under 21 we do not allow alcohol on the property. No events or parties allowed (small gatherings OK). We have a beach cart (wagon), beach chairs, umbrella and other beach stuff for you to use free of charge. Spa can be heated per your request for $50/day x days of your stay. We cannot offer partial stay heating. If interested please indicate so in the guests pre-arrival form you'll get after booking and we will send you a separate payment request. Easy to walk around with quiet streets. some local favorites for your morning coffee and of course the beach. Absolutely no smoking or vaping at the house or near open doors or windows.
