Spend the day floating the river, swimming in one of 2 pools or relaxing in one of 4 hot tubs. Schlitterbahn, the Comal River, Gruene and downtown New Braunfels are all nearby for even more fun, dining and live music. Traveling with another family? We also own the condo directly below! This comfortable 1,000 sq. ft. 2BR/2BA condo is perfect for a quick weekend getaway, family vacation or longer stay. The primary bedroom features a king bed and TV, while the second bedroom has a queen bed. A sleeper sofa in the living room allows the condo to comfortably sleep up to 6 guests. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to cook and enjoy meals at home, including a full-size refrigerator with ice maker, range, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, dishes, cookware and utensils. Step outside onto the balcony with your morning coffee or an evening drink and take in the beautiful park-like grounds. Just beyond the pecan-shaded lawn is the Guadalupe River, where you can fish, get your feet wet or drop in a tube and float. Waterwheel also offers 2 swimming pools, 4 hot tubs, BBQ grills and picnic areas throughout the property. You’ll also have an in-unit washer and dryer and a reserved parking space near the elevator. Bringing the pups? Dogs are welcome with a $65 pet fee per stay. We just ask that they stay off the furniture and beds. Traveling with a larger group? We also own Off the Hook Chardonnay Getaway, directly below this condo. Each condo sleeps up to 6, so booking both is a great option for families and friends traveling together. 3. GUEST ACCESS Guests have full private access to the condo and balcony, plus Waterwheel’s shared amenities, including the Guadalupe River access, 2 swimming pools, 4 hot tubs, BBQ grills and picnic areas. You’ll also have a reserved parking space near the elevator. 4. INTERACTION WITH GUESTS We respect your privacy and want you to feel at home during your stay. We’re available if you have questions or need anything, but otherwise the condo is yours to relax and enjoy! 5.
