This listing is for one private bedroom in a shared home. Guests also have access to common areas such as the living room, dining room, kitchen, and backyard. The entire house is not rented, but guests are welcome to use several common areas of the home, including the living room, dining room, kitchen, and outdoor backyard area. The kitchen is equipped with the basic utensils and appliances needed for a comfortable stay. For longer stays, guests may also have access to the laundry room once per week. Our home is located in a quiet, safe, and beautiful residential neighborhood, perfect for travelers looking for a peaceful place to stay in Miami. The location is excellent and very convenient: • 3 minutes from The Falls Shopping Mall • Close to Dadeland Mall • Near many restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, and stores • Easy access to US-1, Florida Turnpike, SR826, and SR836 • About 25 minutes from Miami International Airport • About 30 minutes from Miami Beach • Very close to major hospitals such as Baptist Hospital of Miami, Jackson South Medical Center, and other medical centers in the area. Please note that we have two friendly dogs on the property: a Golden Retriever and a Cocker Spaniel. They are not aggressive and do not have access to the guest rooms. If you like dogs, you are welcome to say hello to them. If you prefer not to interact with them, simply ignore them. We do our best to maintain a clean, comfortable, and peaceful environment so our guests can enjoy a pleasant stay in Miami. Guest access Guests have access to several shared areas of the house, including the living room, dining room, kitchen, work office area, laundry room (for longer stays), front porch, and backyard. These areas are shared with the hosts. During your stay We live in the house, but we respect our guests’ space and privacy. Interaction with guests is entirely up to you.
