You will stay undisturbed in our cozy apartment for 2 people on the 2nd and 3rd floor, where you can fully enjoy the view of the beautiful surroundings. 100sqm living space private to you, with separate entrance! Welcome to Waanrode in the quiet countryside. Beautiful views of horse meadows, fields and forests, located at the end of a dead end street. You will find us along walking junction 304 and between bicycle junctions 39 and 40. Bakery, butcher and supermarket are less than 1.5 km away. The space Bedroom in the attic with lovely box spring and an open, simple and basic shower room with small sink. The skylights have window film that is blackout. For a 3rd person, we are happy to add a mattress. The shower has a small practical manual, you must make the floor dry with a tripper. Towels and washcloths + bed linen included. There is a convenient kitchen and all the necessary kitchen utensils on the spacious 1st floor. Seating area with 2 single seat seats, TV and large dining table. The whole thing is nicely decorated. Completely private for you. Suitable for longer stays up to 3 months on request. The hallways and stairs are still waiting for a lick of paint... There are still some small defects that we have to get rid of on short notice, hence you temporarily enjoy a slightly lower rental price. Despite all this, you can stay here fine and carefree at an honest price. Guest access We would love to host your stay in person. You can then use a private entrance along the front door. Other things to note ATTENTION: sewerage works are currently taking place in our street until the end of April, which means that there may be days when our house cannot be reached by car. Parking is then possible at a maximum of 500m. There are also small works planned in the apartment, so the corridors and stairs can still use a coat of paint. Hence the lower rental price per night. The toilet is located on the ground floor, kitchen and living room on the 1st floor and a sleeping loft with open shower on the 2nd floor. We live on the ground floor and have a different entrance. We share the parking. In the village there is a bakery, a butcher, a small neighborhood shop, a pharmacy, a doctor, a sports hall with cafeteria, 3 cafes and a coffee shop. Restaurant at 4km, City Diest at 10km. Leuven at 25 km, Hasselt at 30 km. It is very suitable for longer stays! Small dogs allowed on request and with surcharge. Non-smoking property. Pleasant, extremely quiet place.
