Greetings and welcome to my modest home! It's conveniently located only 9 minutes away from UTDallas, which boasts an array of fantastic restaurants and local stores. Plus, getting on and off the highways is a breeze. In the back, there's a lovely deck where you can relax and unwind. The bedroom features a beautiful wood ceiling, as well as a cozy queen-size memory foam mattress, a desk, and a wall-mounted TV. I'm always working on improving the house and will keep you posted as I go along. The space When you make your reservation, I'll provide you with a unique code for the keyless entry system. This code will allow you to come and go as you please without worrying about losing a key or getting locked out. Rest assured, I maintain a spotless living space at all times, so you never have to worry about any messes. The bathrooms are cleaned two to three times a week and thoroughly after each guest's stay. The bedroom features a comfortable queen-size bed with a fantastic memory foam mattress that will have you dozing off in no time. In the living room, you'll find a 50-inch TV equipped with Netflix and YouTube apps. Additionally, you'll find a selection of toiletries and other essentials in the bathroom. If you need anything else, just let me know, and I'll do my best to provide it for you. Guest access You can access anything, just be cool ! (-: During your stay I'm a designer/artist/photographer, I have a long-term guest, that is an IT genius, works from home, and super friendly! we are quiet, happy, and loving. Always available to help you plan or coordinate your stay. :-) Other things to note I purchased the house as a fixer-upper, so please bear with me if some things still require attention. (: Additionally, there may be other guests occupying the futon in the living room. As an Airbnb host, I aim to maintain a rating of five stars, which means that any rating less than that is considered negative. If any issues arise during your stay, please do not hesitate to let me know, and I'll do my utmost to resolve them.
