This Monterey condominium is located in a gated Gulf front complex featuring a three bedroom/three bath floor plan, fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, and a private balcony for enjoying in the spectacular Gulf of Mexico views. There are also two grills located on the premises for grilling your lunch or dinner.
A401 is a 4th floor corner condo with breathtaking panoramic views of the Gulf from the living area, dining area, kitchen, and master bedroom. It also has a corner balcony located just off of the living and master bedroom with an outdoor seating area. Imagine lounging on the balcony watching the sunset after a day on the white sandy beach or watching the sunrise while drinking your first cup of coffee. This condo sleeps 10 with a master king suite, guest king, guest queen bedroom, sofa bed and a set of hall bunks tucked behind doors in the hallway.
