Very spacious home perfect for two families. (NOT Child Proof) decorated, w/treasures collected from world travel. Explore 10 acres on back property small spring fed pond. Close to highway, but in the mountain. View sunset, sunrise from deck. 2 bedrooms w/private baths one has Jacuzzi tub! Vaulted ceilings, entertainment rm with bar, 75 inch TV. Within 5 miles to the Debruce, 11 to Beaverkill Inn, 7 miles to Dandas Castle, Bald Mt, Covered Bridge Park, walk to shops, Catskill Brewery. My space is unique in that it feels like you are somewhere else! it is spacious enough that you can find privacy, but just great for family entertainment! It is set up in for two families, bring Mom and Dad and give them their floor it has two bedrooms on one floor and 3 bedrooms on the other. It is NOT Child Proof. You can access any part of the house that is not marked private - which are storage and supply closets and my private garden space - which is empty during your stay of course! While i try to meet all my guest, as i think putting a face with the place is important for how the home is treated. But it is probable we will not. But i am always available during your stay to answer any questions and 30 minutes away if you need me physically. I want you to think of this as your personal home away from home. Please see photo in the pictures of the only person other than you and your group who should be allowed on the property and in the home. there are neighbors nearby, but the trees give everyone privacy. You will need a car to get here and to enjoy all that the area has to offer. Parking is very well thought out in all the villages, so there will not be a problem! You can walk to the village from my house. it is a two lane road so you have to be careful but us locals do it all the time! There is a grill. But I change a 25.00 gas usage fee per visit.
