The space This is a 2 story brick built in 1970's located just 3 blocks west of the Arkansas State Capitol, originally served as engineers offices until was sold to us on 2019 and divided into 4 units, The building has been totally renovated on the inside but has remained almost untouched on the outside to preserve the unique historic and architectural character of the neighborhood. it has all the commodities and safety of a new residential construction, such as fire sprinkler system, carbon monoxide/smoke alarm, fire extinguisher, new insulated windows, granite countertop on kitchen and bathrooms, new plumbing, electrical and HVAC, stairs had been upgraded to the city requirements and has a new landscape area! Other things to note DOGS under 60 pounds are welcome and they will be considered as an extra guest, the charge is $150 per month. The payment can be made on the Airbnb Platform or via Venmo or Cash App. If you fail to disclosure your pet, you may loose your deposit for breaking the rules.
