The space Professionally designed and styled in a unique mixture of old and new. Giving you a minimalist but chic space that is a perfect backdrop for photos! Our living room has lots of room for everyone to gather together. Featuring a gas fireplace, spiral staircase, 2 sofas, and another seating area that is perfect for conversations. 1st Bedroom: King size canopy bed with a large walk-in closet and several areas to get ready. 2nd Bedroom: Two Queen size beds (a luxury Queen over Queen adult bunk bed) PLUS an incredible space for multiple people to get ready all together! We have a custom built hair and makeup counter with 8 different mirrors! Both bedrooms have walk in closets, full length mirrors, multiple spaces to get ready, and a door to walk out to the 3rd floor balcony! There are 2 antique windows in each bedroom on barn track sliders that open and overlook the living room below! Giving you that fun loft vibe :) We have a full-size Murphy Bed on the main floor off of the living room that is surrounded with curtains you can close for more privacy. (We say that this is the third bedroom but want to be clear that it’s a space off the living room). There is a leather chaise lounge that folds down to a twin bed on the main floor and a twin size fold out floor mattress stored in the master bedroom closet to place anywhere for an additional bed if needed. Our newly renovated marble bathroom has an extra large shower with 2 shower heads! Natural light floods into the entire space with all the beautiful windows. Gourmet kitchen with all stainless appliances and cabinetry, which includes a spectacular full size fridge & freezer. Custom concrete and stainless countertops with lots of room for food prep! If you love to cook, you will love this kitchen! 2 different decks for your private outdoor hangout space! We have a gas grill on the deck located right off the kitchen. Open the kitchen's french doors and you have an extension of the kitchen space that is one of the best places to hang out. Conveniently located above a bagel & coffee shop. Literally a few foot steps to so many amazing restaurants and bars. Blocks from Anheuser Brewery. We are located one mile from Busch Stadium, the Arch and downtown St. Louis. You can see the Arch from our windows! Perfect location for a fun St. Louis getaway!! Baseball & hockey fans, you can jump on one of the trolleys in the neighborhood for a free ride to & from the games! No car needed! Coming in town for a wedding? We are right across the street from the 9th Street Abbey and a couple blocks from the Franklin Room (two of Soulard's beautiful wedding venues). We also rent our space for photoshoots, productions, content creation, and very small private events that must be approved and discussed before booking. Guest access The apartment door is GOLD with a black awning over it. Keypad entry for your convenience. Other things to note NO PARTIES ALLOWED! (We have a security camera outside the front door) Free Street Parking! (it gets busy on the weekends, less cars the better with large groups)
