Welcome to our beautifully restored and spacious historic home in the quiet, charming Avenues neighborhood of Salt Lake City. Our home is ideal for relocations, traveling professionals, or families seeking a comfortable 30+ day stay. All utilities (including WI-FI) included. You can walk to downtown attractions and a make a short drive to the University of Utah, hospitals, and world-class hiking and skiing. Note: Separate contract required. Guests obtain parking passes and park on the street. The space Stepping into our house feels like taking a journey back in time, but it also feels like home. Our home features historic architecture and a number of elements are original. The home has been kept in great condition by prior owners, and we're working hard to maintain its historic charm, while also adding useful and fun updates. New appliances in the kitchen and laundry room add necessary convenience and comfort to our restored historic home. We expect that you'll find a favorite place to relax after your long days of playing outside and exploring the city, whether that be in your own private bedroom, in the living room with friends and family, or outside on the patio and deck, where you can enjoy the peaceful Avenues neighborhood. We've recently renovated the backyard, which features a fire pit, grill, and pizza oven. We're sure you'll find a space that feels comfortable and private even with a large group in the home. Guest access With the exception of two small basement storage rooms and the driveway (which we share with the neighbor), the entire house and premises are available for your use. Other things to note The home is historic, but it has all the amenities. You'll find high-speed Internet, two high-definition TVs, cable, streaming options, and a Blu-ray player. All ages are welcome but safety equipment is not in place for infants. Toddlers should be supervised.
