Welcome to our cozy, comfortable and state of the art cypress empire for you to spend the best vacation/staying that you could ever experience. Our house is a one story Hometown located within 22 miles from Disney theme parks, 19 miles from Universal Studios and Sea World. House is 11 miles from the Orlando International Airport (MCO). The space PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE BOOKING: This house is shared with another person (my mother) living in it, but bedrooms and bathroom will be private. Everything it's going to be accommodated for guest to feel the privacy they desire and deserve. Here is a perfect place for you with two (2) rooms available as it is shown in the pictures. These bedrooms have new furniture, mattress, clothes drawers, and walk-in closets. I can provide you with all the information you need to go to Disney World Theme Parks, Universal Theme Parks and more! These bedrooms have their own private bathroom. The location of the house is 15 minutes or about 10 miles from the Orlando International Airport (MCO). You will be hosted by a lovely lady, who is my mother Alicia. she lives at this house, but you will still have the privacy as she does not keep herself much around the house. Guest access Use of the kitchen with CARE and MODERATION: Food preparation at your convenience (use of the microwave, coffee maker, and toaster) - and please use the stove and laundry machines (washer and dryer) with moderation. NOTE: We don't allow the use of the washer and dryer if you have a small load of clothes. Guests have access to all amenities offered in the Community: pool, playground, tennis and basketball courts, sports fields and several pocket parks. Nearby highways and major non-toll roads will take you to downtown Orlando, beaches and area theme park attractions. With a location this attractive and convenient, you would have an enjoyable staying. NOTE: Please, use the kitchen appliances with care as it is being taken care of by other guest. More importantly, this house is not for parties or groups of more than 6 people. Please, DO NOT BOOK THIS HOUSE IF YOU ARE INTENDING TO THROW/HAVE A PARTY. During your stay I (Cesar) will be available to you at all times via virtual connection (e-mail, text, and calls), so feel free to reach out to me when needed it. My mother Alicia will be living in the house an will serve as the local host (you won't find any other lovely woman than her). Kitchen is equipped with small refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, blender, and toaster, but not use of stove is allowed. As seen from pictures, this kitchen has an independent dining table aside from the living room dining table. Equally important, all utensils, dishes, and saucepans are in their respective cabinets and drawers. Living room is equipped with elegant furniture, 6 chair dining table, sofa-bed to, TV with access to local channels & Netflix account access. Pool is public access right next to the house and our guess can walk to it as desired. The entire house is provided with high speed internet, and access will be given upon arrival. Washer and dryer machines are located close to the kitchen and clean towels will be placed in each room, as well as the nearby closets. This house is located in a gated community and guest are required to maintain any standard rules as for cleanliness, quietness and respect. Access to the gate will be given upon arrival or confirmation of the reservation. Neighborhood General Rules. Parking. Two parking spots will be available right in front of the house ( both designated with 2152 numbers, and they must be used accordingly. Fines would be applied if cars are parked outside the designated slots As per Florida law, it is not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out and no supply of items such as condiments, coffee powder will be provided prior to check in. Trash collection. Prior to check out, guest must collect all trash in bags and seal them accordingly to leave them place within its respective trash cans. Recycling is not practiced in the community, so trash will be collected in single units’ trash containers. If you are staying for a long period of time and feel the need to take away the trash, garbage dumpster is located a block away in the far left of the house. Map will be provided if need it. This house is located within driving distance (3 to 5 minutes depending on traffic) to Walmart, Publix, Aldy, Walgreens, and restaurants in case you need to provide yourself with extra supplies. Other things to note No access keypad is equipped in the front door, instead, the access front door keys will be provided upon arrival.
