Please note that we are not from the front desk, hence check-in is not through the counter. 2. A refundable security deposit of RM200 may be required upon check-in and fully refundable upon check-out subject to an inspection of the accommodation. Any deposit refund via bank transfer will take 2-3 working days. 3. Our office hour is closed after 9 pm. If you need any assistance, we are happy to assist you the next morning after 10 am. 4. Strictly NON-SMOKING rooms. RM200 fine for room smokers. 5. Guests are liable for any damage howsoever caused to the allocated room or to the Hotel premises caused by you or any persons in your group (whether or not staying at the Hotel) during your stay.
