Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot in nature with WiFi, coffee/tea bar, a private hot tub and cowboy pool overlooking a fish filled tiny pond. Less than 10 minutes to downtown Hot Springs, Bathhouse row and less than 15 minutes to Oaklawn Racetrack Casino. This cabin is an Adult only maximum of two people and features a queen bed lounge area downstairs or a cozy sleeping loft. This little cabin is the perfect Hot Springs getaway to unplug if you want and enjoy nature. The space No shared spaces and privacy fence. The cabin is located on our privately gated 38 acres of beautiful scenery and wildlife. There are no shared spaces at the cabin and it is mostly surrounded with a privacy fence. No pets allowed. No more than two people per cabin. Guest access Key pad entry Other things to note Rental Agreement: You agree to follow all policies, terms and conditions when making a reservation. It is your responsibility to read and comply to the following: Due to having a pond, pool, hot tub and a bedroom loft this cabin is an ADULT ONLY cabin with a MAXIMUM NUMBER OF TWO ADULTS. Violation of this rule will result in cancellation of your reservation without any refund. No third party bookings. Primary renter must be present with guest. We reserve the right to verify identification to make sure you are following this rule. No pets or ESA’s allowed.. There will be a $200 charge for bringing any unauthorized animals or any obvious signs of an animal in cabin. If you are bringing a service animal there will be a meet and greet upon arrival. NO EXCEPTIONS. No candles or wax melt burners. No loud music or parties. We have other cabin guests. Quiet time is between 11:00 pm until 8:00 am. Primary guest must be 25 years of age. No changes, refunds or cancellations for reservations booked on a U.S. holiday or special event and no changes can be made to a reservation if check in date is 14 days or less of original check in date. Spring Valley Cabins is not responsible for any personal belongings left in cabin upon checkout. Winter weather months you will need to be aware when making a reservation and strongly suggest purchasing trip insurance. We do not refund due to weather related issues including power outages or loss of satellite service or anything that is beyond Springs Valley Cabins control. There are security cameras directed toward parking area of each cabin that record video and audio 24 hours a day for guests protection and ours. There is also a security camera at the main cabin entrance to property. Illegal activity will not be tolerated. You will immediately be evicted without refund and reported to police. There can not be any unregistered guests on Spring Valley Cabins property at any time. When making a reservation you will need to provide name of second guest staying at the cabin. You will be responsible for any and all damages done by you the primary guest or by secondary guest listed on the reservation while staying at any of the cabins on Spring Valley Cabins property. This includes damages to private cabin entrance gate, inside and outside of your cabin as well as any amenity provided such as a hot tub or spa tub. You must report any damage or problems with cabin immediately so we can repair or correct the problem. Do not wait until check out day to report any issues or damage done during your stay. Check in is anytime after 4:00 pm. Check out is anytime before 10:00 am. Late check out not approved before checking in will result in a $75 automatic charge sent at 10:15 am. No smoking or vaping allowed inside cabins. Outside smoking only. Do not throw cigarettes in fire pit. Please use ashtray provided. Any cigarette butts left in or around cabin or obvious signs of smoking in cabin will result in a $100 charge. Do not bring firewood from any outside sources due to invasive insects. Do not cut trees or pick up firewood on the property. We do have firewood for sale on site. Fires in fire pit only. If there is a burn ban issued by U.S. Forestry Service you will be notified by message or a no burn notice will be in your cabin. THIS RULE IS STRICTLY ENFORCED. Do not burn on windy days and never leave a burning fire unattended. Hot tub rules are posted at the cabins and must be followed at all times. No jumping or diving into hot tubs. Cover must be on when not in use and never place cover on the ground. Use bar to lift cover up and over to the side. Instructions are posted above hot tub. Never add any chemicals, lotions, oils or soaps in the hot tub. Keep hot tub free of debris. There is a $150 cleaning fee charge if there is anything in the hot tub after check out or it has to be drained and cleaned due to anything beyond normal use. Do not use the hot tub if you have high blood pressure problems or are pregnant. If you do not leave the cabin in good check out condition you will be charged an excessive cleaning fee of $50. You also agree you are responsible for any and all damages over $1000. Any damages over $1000 will be reported to police and you, the primary's guest, will be responsible for all charges and fees associated with damage claim. Spring Valley Cabins located at 4654 E. Grand Ave is in a wooded area. Please be aware of your surroundings. There are steps, walkways and uneven natural areas that may be wet, muddy or slippery from snow. You, the primary guest and secondary guest listed on reservation, will not hold Spring Valley Cabins or any of its members or owners responsible for any injury, accident or illnesses during your stay. Due to being located in a remote wooded area there will be bugs, insects, snakes and other wildlife. Keep all trash in covered trash bins and never leave trash outside. Again by booking a reservation you agree to all the terms and conditions listed above. Spring Valley Cabins reserves the right to cancel any booking at anytime for any reason. Booking guest is responsible for payment for any items used that have been left at the cabin for purchase. (S’mores kits or firewood.) All late check out requests must be paid when requested to be able to check out after 10:00 am.
